1. Overview

At Automation Studios, we stand behind the quality of our services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on our AI automation services.

2. Setup Fee Refunds

Setup fees are refundable within 14 days of payment if work has not yet begun on your project. Once development work has commenced, setup fees are non-refundable.

3. Monthly Service Fees

Monthly service fees are billed in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to services through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

4. Performance Guarantee

For clients on our performance-based packages, if we fail to meet the agreed-upon KPIs within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit as outlined in your service agreement.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@automationstudios.com with your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully delivered, ad spend that has already been used, or for accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our terms of service.
