Data Deletion Instructions

Automation Studios lets you connect third-party accounts — including Meta (Facebook) — so your agent can work on your behalf. You can ask us to delete the data associated with your account and any connected services at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@automationstudios.ai from the email address on your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the name of your workspace and any connected accounts (for example, your Meta/Facebook connection) you want removed. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What gets deleted

We remove the personal data we hold for your account and revoke and delete the access tokens and connection details for any third-party integrations you connected (including Meta). Once a connection is deleted, we can no longer access data from that provider on your behalf. Note that this does not delete data held by the third party itself — for Meta data, you can also manage or remove our app from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

Timeline

We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.
